We do not produce software products and boxes you have
For example, if your software or box blocked by the manufacturer, for whatever reason, we can help you contact the manufacturer to find out the cause of the lock and ask support team to unlock the product. However, we can't immediately unlock your product.
We cannot solve warranty issues with your suppliers
If your box is dead, we cannot you replace it, or made a decision for your supplier about any other warranty question. To do this you will need to contact the supplier. All we can do in this case is to make some remote diagnostics together with you to make sure your box is really dead.
